How much water should I drink?

Research states that you should drink between 2 & 3 litres of water a day, depending on your body weight, health, level of activity and where you live. Water makes up at least 60% of your body weight. Your organs and systems depend on it!

Naturally Energized Water

Water that begins as rain or snow is naturally energized by Nature as it tumbles and falls through natural vortexes of energy and magnetic fields on the earth and is exposed to the far infrared energy from the sun. During this process, Nature adds minerals and oxygen to the water. The result is a living water that is highly structured, energized, mineralized, and oxygenated.

Although water can form various structures, depending on how the hydrogen-bonded molecules connect together, recent research shows that biological organisms prefer hexagonal (six-sided) ring-structured water. This hexagonal water, with its six individual molecules of water, is more rapidly absorbed by our cells. Most tap water and some of the popular bottled waters are pentagonal (five-sided) which has larger water clusters. Research shows that these structures are too large for the body to absorb quickly. The body must restructure the water to make it useable (a time consuming and energy consuming process).

But, the regular consumption of hexagonal water has these positive benefits:

  • Enhances metabolic efficiency
  • Improves nutrient absorption
  • Supports immune function
  • Improves hydration of the cells
  • Enhances waste removal from cells
  • Improves cellular communication
